I can’t find my child’s name. What should I do?
Search our list for different spellings of the name. For example the name Kaitlin can be also be spelled Caitlin, Katelyn, Kaitlyn, etc. However you spell it the pronunciation is the same. We can always change the spelling of a name, but it is most important that the name is being pronounced correctly.
I found the correct spelling, but the pronunciation is wrong. Now what?
A perfect example of this is the name Madeline. It can be pronounced mad-uh-LYNN or mad-uh-LINE yet spelled Madeline. Please check alternate spellings and you may find the pronunciation that you are looking for.
Can I change the information I already submitted?
Any product information you provide can be changed if the item hasn’t been processed yet. Just call us as quickly as possible at 1-888-765-8636.
My child’s name is not on your list can I still get a CD made for them?
All of our CD’s were recorded live in the studio by the actual character actors from each brand. It requires a tremendous amount of time and investment to create one of our personalized CD’s. Therefore after a CD is released we are not able to obtain any additional names in that product. However, as new products are released new names are added. We suggest you check our website regularly for new releases. Another option is to use one of our nicknames (i.e. Princess, Dude, Buddy, etc.) in the music yet the label on the CD will have the child’s name.
Due to the fact that each CD is personalized they cannot be returned. Please make sure that the CD you are ordering is exactly what you want. Feel free to email us with any questions before processing your order. However, we will replace any damaged CD within 30 days of purchase with an exact duplicate.
